Teaching for the Whole Student
At Wholesome Learning, LLC, we are dedicated to teaching the whole child: heart, mind, soul, and strength. Our possible offerings include:
Summer Camps: These are our flagship offering. We teach programming, math, and science in an environment that nurtures the whole student. We reject STEM teaching that is confined exclusively to a classroom, believing that teaching integrated with physical activity results in better learning. We believe learning of all subjects needs to be connected to individual character and virtue formation.
School Year Camps and Workshops: These cover beginning, intermediate, or advanced levels of programming, especially as applied to scientific data analysis. We also offer non-programming science and teaching/learning workshops.
Wholesome Tips: Our e-zine brings our decades of teaching experience at nearly all grade levels from K-16 to a broader audience! We provide resources, advice, and tips on parenting and teaching children, as whole people.
