Location of Camp: We will be renting space from a private school at 1040 12th Ave NW, Issaquah, WA 98027. Please do not contact the facility directly.
Each session offers the same instructors and general learning experiences. Just choose the week that fits your child’s schedule!
For all sessions, students are registered on a first-come, first-served basis, based on receipt of registration and payment. June 15 is the last day of early-bird registration. Regular tuition registration ends June 30.
The registration form will ask for information about the parent/guardian and student and provide agreements and consent forms that we will ask you to sign electronically. Please have your student available to sign the code of conduct. A separate form and payment needs to be completed for each student registered.
A student is considered completely registered when:
- We have received completed and signed forms and agreements, and
- The student has paid a deposit at the time of registration and has paid in full by June 15 for the early-bird special and June 30 otherwise. See below for details about these payment options and the payment services we accept.
Two ways to secure your registration
Option 1
Pay the full tuition at the time of registration. This will complete your registration.
Option 2
Pay a $100 deposit (the deposit is non-refundable, unless we have to cancel a session) at the time of registration to hold a spot. You will need to pay the balance no later than June 15 for the early-bird special and June 30 otherwise. If not paid in full by the deadline, your child’s spot will be given to a student on the waitlist.
Two ways to pay tuition
By Zelle
To pay by Zelle, you will log on to your bank account’s web site and send your balance to our Zelle account at yourfriends@wholesome-learning.com. Please put your child’s full name in the memo line. There is no admin fee when paying by Zelle.
By Credit Card
To pay by credit card, after you submit the registration form, you will be automatically directed to pay using our card processing service. There is an additional 3% admin fee when paying by credit card.
